- In one meeting, your classmates found literature even more valuable than yours. You suddenly realize that people can get different results on the same topic—and you wonder, isn’t searching supposed to be part of the “science”?
- In this 90-minute session, we’ll introduce essential search skills and their corresponding scenarios.
- If you want to conduct searches in a "scientific" way, this session will give you hands-on practice applying these skills.

This session introduces the medical library’s key services and resources, with a focus on basic database searching techniques.
Participants will also learn how to access and search two major databases (Embase, PubMed) efficiently for academic research.
